The helper is on her own in the house almost the whole day. The children are only around first thing in the morning: the mother leaves at 08:30, so it is that half hour helping the twins with breakfast; the older two manage on their own and are at home about half the time. The washing machine and the cooking stay with the family; the laundry work is taking it in, ironing and putting it away.
