Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the service cost?

Accessing a candidate's contact details costs €50. If you end up hiring her, the fee is €1,000 (VAT included). This price includes our guidance throughout the process and a 3-month guarantee.

What's included in the €1,000 fee?

It includes personalized advice throughout the selection process, answers to questions about contracts, salaries according to regulations, Social Security, and a 3-month guarantee with free replacements if the employment relationship doesn't work out.

Are the employees verified?

Yes. All candidates go through a personal interview and we verify their skills and references before publishing their profile.

What if I'm not interested in the candidate after contacting them?

The €50 payment is only for accessing contact details. If you're not convinced, you can unlock other profiles and keep looking. You only pay the €1,000 when you hire.

How does the 3-month guarantee work?

If the candidate you hire doesn't work out for any reason during the first 3 months, we help you find a replacement at no additional cost. You can make as many changes as you need during that period.

Do you help with contracts and Social Security?

We advise you on what type of contract you need and how to proceed. If you want us to handle the contract, Social Security registration, or payroll, we offer that service at an additional cost.

Can I request a refund for the €50?

Yes. We refund 100% if the contact details are incorrect, the profile is no longer available, or you can't reach the candidate after several attempts. You have 7 days from unlocking to request a refund from the 'My Contacts' section.
